Perfect and nice location in Mainz, adjacent to the riverside with very good breakfast buffet. For tea or coffee visit Mole Biergarten Sommerlounge nearby.

The breakfast was satisfactory with great view over the Rhine and scrambled eggs and healthy options, and the restaurant was great. The location was brilliant, for example, Gutenberg Museum was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. The stuff where all wonderful, lovely.

Nice pool, parking on site. Stylish & contemporary room with central heating, flat-screen TV and a safe box. Prime location, 10 minutes' walk to Gutenberg Museum.

It is fairly priced. This hotel is WONDERFUL RELAXING and clean, has caring staff and magnificent location in the open plan serving area. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic and very good served with great view, healthy options and also scrambled eggs.

Beautiful hotel on the Rhine River, impressive design, helpful and friendly staff, great lounge areas, good food and room service, and other facilities. Easy walking distance to main town area.

Very professional staff, beautiful hotel, clean, wonderful pool/spa area.
When we arrived, they only had one booking (instead of two booked rooms). They booked us directly themselves for the 2nd room. I hope that we are not charged twice for that room.

The building is half castle. The bathroom is the best in europe!! The location is right on the river walk. Probably my favorite hotel in the world so far.

The hotel location is very convinient and is situated within few minutes walk from the city centre. The rooms are very spacious and bright and offer a spectacular floor to ceiling panoramic view of the Rhine River. Having a drink/ coffee in the Malakoff Courtyard "Hofgarten" was also a delightful and a charming experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends/ family and other travellers seeking a luxury high-end experience.
I felt that the car park was quiete expensive. For the amount of money paid for the room, this should have been offerred complimentary to hotel guests.

I really loved the location right by the Rhine. The view from my room was fine, and walking along the river felt safe and pleasant. The breakfast buffet blew me away with its variety. Freshly baked pastries and organic juices made mornings special. The indoor pool was a refreshing escape after exploring. I ran into issues with noise from the bar below my room, hard to sleep. The staff seemed overwhelmed during busy times, affecting service consistency. Room temperature control was tricky. I had to open windows at night to cool down, which wasn't ideal in winter. Parking was a bit of a hassle too, with limited availability and high fees. Despite drawbacks, the ambiance and culinary offerings were mainly fantastic, especially the friendly service from the restaurant staff. I appreciated the relaxing lounge vibe as well.
